Forth trip to the ER this year...

I am getting very familiar with the ER at Herman Memorial. Soon I will be on first name basis.

Well, another fun day in Fallsville. Went to the camera club meeting, Janet became disruptive and I knew she was only going to get worse so we left very early. When we got home I left her outside on the porch while I went in to turn off the security alarm. She decided to walk in on her own. It never occured to me that she would try to get out of the wheelchair. She took a nose dive and hit head first. Her entire right side of her forehead is busted open, black, blue and swollen, I mean swollen. She looks very much like a Neanderthal. EMS deposited her at Northwest Memorial. So while the camera club meeting was wrapping up I was in the ER admitting her. She is more than a handful in the hospital so they gave her something to knock her out and I decided to come home for all the good it will do. Fortunately, the doctor seems to think that is was less serious than I had thought. Apparently the catscan didn't show anything to be concerned about. I hope he is correct.

Last year our co-pay for hospitalization was $120, well it has been for the past four or five years. She never had cause to use it. This year, I guess because it went up to $300 it is much more attractive to my dear wife. Either that or she's been watching the carrying on on that show about doctors in Seattle.

Does anyone knows where I can get a really, really big tube of super glue.
