Discussion Blog Magazine

I am way behind on blogging. It has been an interesting two weeks since Janet's last fall. She still looks like I wopped her up side the head with a two by eight. I just have to be considerably more careful. I dislike confining her to the chair but it is just a necessity. I have picked up a few pointers from her hospital visits that have made life easier so some good came of it.

My photography has almost come to a screeching halt because of taking care of Janet but mostly because I am putting together a magazine on the Photography Discussion blog. I started the blog in May of last year and we are doing a one year anniversary edition. Several of the team members are writing articles and contributing photographs. I'm having a blast but it seemed so much simpler when it popped into my head a couple weeks ago. Looks like it is going to be about forty pages and I hope to have it printed in early July. Until then I figure it is going to take up a lot of my time.

Above is the front cover. I know, it doesn’t have much sex appeal so it probably will not do very well on the newsstand. I guess that is all right since it is only available on-line from MagCloud publishers. I figure it will sell maybe ten or twelve copies since that is the number of team members on the blog. The primary purpose is to inflate my ego as though that was needed.

When it is published I will post a link to where it can be purchased in order to boost sales. Since there is only three people that read this blog besides myself and of those, two are members of the Discussion blog I'm not sure that is going to help a lot.
