East to West

We started out to do the photographs inside of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Navigation. When we arrived the office was closed for lunch so we again drove out toward the turning basin. Only this time we stayed off the main streets. We didn't find a lot to photographs but it was an interesting tour. I didn't go back to the church but we ended up somewhere east of Houston around Loop 8 and I-10. Heading back toward the church Alcy mentioned wanting to shoot some sculpture on the grounds of the Sugarland City Hall which is on the far southwest side of Houston so we headed to Sugarland. Eventually found the sculpture and had a late lunch. Not a great day for photography but as usual an interesting one.
