Entropy: Lost Pruning Shears

April 3rd: Entropy—Lost Pruning Shears Three or four years ago, maybe more, I lost a pair of pruning shears and had to purchase new ones. Last year raking the leaves under one of the Crape Myrtles, I found the shears. I decided against putting them in the trash because I thought there was some symbolic appropriateness in the Crape Myrtle taking its revenge on the pruning shears. I knew as soon as I committed to the challenge that this was going to be one of the images. After today they are going to get more difficult.

For my second entry into the Photo Challenge Entropy, I liked the way the colors are blending in like a chameleon to the surroundings. It was worth buying a new set of pruning shears. As you can tell they don’t get used much.
