My Favorite Model

I have ignored my favorite model way too much this year, so I am trying to make amends. These are simply snapshots taken with no lighting set ups, just natural light. She likes to sit at the front window watching for the postman in the mornings so I grabbed a chair and sit down near her. Lots of snaps, many ruined because Janet doesn’t often sit still or she blinks at the moment I snap the shutter. I like the soft window light and think the photo turned out okay.

The second photo is in the kitchen just before bedtime. We had finished a bowl of ice cream and she was waiting for me to finish watching the news.
