Geeze, again....

Since the grocery run I've been sticking close to home but I was going into withdrawal so I had to go to Denny's for eggs. The same waitress that last week told me that I could not sub wheat toast for pancakes acted like she knew my order--she didn't. The over medium she decided should be over medium well--they were well done--noting ruins an egg faster than well done or scrambled (unless of course I am the one that scrambles them). I would explain why I don't order over easy but when I explained to Janet she never again ate an egg over easy for the remainder of our marriage--so I will spare you. The sub of the wheat toast turned out to be a separate order of wheat toast in addition to the pancakes. I am going to have to find a new Denny's or geeze forbid try IHOP. Never yet found an IHOP cook that can do an eatable egg. Very disappointing. Oh well, tomorrow is another day and a new egg.
