Valentines Day

What better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than photographing trash. We started out with free coffee at Denny's. On the corner of Parker and North Shepherd there is an abandoned building. It has been abandoned for many years. Now it is mostly a trash dump so how could we refuse to stop there for photographs. Please don't ask me what it says about me or my photography to photograph trash.

Afterwards we went to 'historic' Olivewood Cemetery. It used to be pretty much like shooting at the abandoned building on North Shepherd but someone has decided to restore the cemetery and it seems the way to do that is to put a fence around it and post several conspicuous No Trespassing signs, so we moved on.

Stopped by Canino's Farmer's market where we bought some candy that was gosh awful hot--pepper hot not fire hot. Alcy sampled gonzo beans--well it was something like gonzo, could have been bonzo. I tried the candy, that was enough for me.

Went to Jax's Bar and Grill for lunch and ended up at the Hungery Farmer discussing Ralph Hattersley Jr. Alcy may come around yet. She even agreed with a couple of things. Anyway, an interesting but very unplanned day.
